When I don't have a camera in my hand, there truly could only be a few other things found there ... garden produce, tractor parts, my bible or a peach tea.
Although I wasn't born on a farm, I definitely got there as fast as I could. I grew up showing livestock and entering photography exhibits at my local county fair, which is where I discovered my life-long passion for western photography. Even though they forced me to retire from 4-H, I still find a way to enter some of my photos in the open class divisions at our local county fair. Because ... once a fair kid, always a fair kid.

Growing up in Nebraska, I am clearly biased but nothing beats a good ol' Nebraska summer sunset. There’s a reason we chase sunsets — the colors are real, raw, and naturally beautiful. My editing style follows that same truth, keeping colors genuine the way God intended.
